ABSTRACT
Chemical effects on the Kß/Kα X-ray intensity ratios for some first-row transition element compounds were studied experimentally and calculated. The vacancies in K shell created by 59.5 keV r rays from an 2 4 1 A m radioactive source characteristic radiation sample was measured using Si(Li) Ge(Li) detectors. The calculations carried out Brunner's model. The calculated relative Kß/K α are good agreement with present previously published experimental data.
