ABSTRACT
Lotus japonicus is a model legume used by researchers worldwide to study nodulation and other aspects of biology. We investigated 15 morphological traits in large collection wild L. accessions collected Japan, also analyzed the genetic diversity among them, order develop core based on genome-wide SSR polymorphisms. found wide accessions.
