ABSTRACT
In the industry, continuous operation of machines is required, making it difficult to stop and carry out preventive maintenance check status wear elements.However, early detection a faulty element allows avoiding further damage machine user.Thus, very important have remote monitoring machine's its elements without stopping process; this aim, vibration analysis one most effective techniques.In paper, vibration-based fault system with IoT capabilities applied vibrating conveyor presented.The processes acceleration force measured in 6 points using twoaxis wireless accelerometers obtains position-time date time derive three parameters: stroke, direction frequency; comparing these values their nominal reference provides visual interface inform operator both, situ remotely, machine.The performance validated through physical prototype.
