ABSTRACT
We evaluated the effects of drug therapy on T lymphocyte subsets and their associations with recurrent chronic bronchitis (CB) attacks. A total 162 CB patients treated from April 2020 to 2021 were selected. All underwent anti-infective, cough-relieving, phlegm-eliminating treatment, as detailed in Clinical Pathway for Chronic Bronchitis. They divided into a attack group (n=95) non-recurrent (n=67). Changes at different time points treatment number attacks analyzed. Associated factors analyzed multivariate logistic regression model, predictive value was validated using nomogram prediction model receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves. The 1 year after positively correlated CD8+ negatively CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+. history smoking, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ independent risk showed that corresponding smoking history, low CD4+/CD8+, elevated 0.86, concordance index area under ROC curve 0.896 (95% CI: 0.782-0.997, P<0.05) 0.816 0.803-0.847, P<0.001), respectively. There an association between before CB. Low attack.
