ABSTRACT
Planning in the energy sector implies multiple and conflicting objectives.Multi-objective models allow analysis of inter-relationships trade-off solutions to be obtained. This paper presents a mixed integer linear model for multi-step multi-objective generation expansion planning (MMGEP).The MMGEP problem is defined as determining answers following questions: What types technologies are added grid? What capacity each new plant?Where will plant located? When located? The objectives minimize global cost system, environmental impact maximize social profits. The proposed based on real power system Mexico period between 2017 2037.The was solved using NSGA-II algorithm.
