ABSTRACT
Today proved that the cause of many diseases are unfavorable conditions for development fetus in womb, caused by exposure to pregnant toxicants exogenous nature, which include nicotine, and a violation its feeding. However, literature does not answer question - what is impact smoking on thyropathies offspring. In an experimental model combined effects passive reduce energy intake food rats during pregnancy found their descendants characterized high percentage deaths first months life, delay physical sexual development, at 6 age, one-third children observed obesity. At same time, offspring mothers treated with cigarette smoke having reduced power pregnancy, disturbed dynamics character formation histostructure hormonal activity thyroid gland. This characteristic becomes microfollicular type gland structure hyperthyroidization puberty, replaced hypothyroid state, destruction parenchyma, appearance lymphoid infiltration.
