ABSTRACT
Purpose: This paper aims to present the results of study focused on assessment Industry 4.0 (I4.0) maturity level and adoption Quality (Q4.0) intelligent technologies in organisations operating automotive industry Slovakia (OEMs, Tier 1 2 suppliers). The serves as inputs for identification learning development needs.Methodology/Approach: background was a literature review quantitative research. I4.0 model published by PwC (2016) used study, while dimension elements were adjusted specifics industry.Findings: suppliers are early stages Q4.0 technologies. OEMs achieve horizontal collaborators most dimensions. mostly adopted at an average level. Further digital champions requires new disruptive business models fully integrated partner ecosystem.Research Limitation/Implication: research is limited sample size target levels particular dimensions, related technologies, which not examined.Originality/Value paper: bring more in-depth insight into current state technology Slovakia. There no evidence examining holistically automotive.
