ABSTRACT
The authors describe the case of a patient with primary monophasic pulmonary synovial sarcoma presenting as right pleural effusion, and discuss underlying diagnostic challenges.There has been tremendous progress in diagnosis management malignant thoracoscopic biopsy pleura providing highest yield.Even though advanced techniques such image-guided pleuroscopy have relatively high sensitivity specificity, rare cases, can still be missed.In clinical practice, all should considered order to achieve an early better outcome.
