ABSTRACT
In light chain amyloidosis, a reduction in dFLC to below 40 mg/l is prerequisite for organ recovery as nearly half of the patients who achieve very good partial haematological responses have improvement function involved organ. We describe patient developed new-onset cardiac amyloidosis despite post-treatment <10 mg/l.Patients with (AL) may develop new involvement achieving remission.In AL response (dFLC mg/l) does not obviate need regular monitoring.
