ABSTRACT
The present authors describe an uncommon case of iatrogenic bladder stone formation in a patient who underwent surgery for pelvic organ prolapse. A female high uterosacral ligament suspension ten years ago presented with pyuria and irritable symptoms that did not respond to treatment. She had experienced any specific urinary during the previous years. Patient evaluation revealed on non-absorbable suture material used operation. Cystoscopy operation find material, knot was tied extravesically found inside bladder.
