ABSTRACT
Background: Adnexal masses are seen in 1 80 to 8,000 pregnancies. However, with an increased use of ultrasonography pregnancy, there is a significant rise the incidence adnexal pregnancy. Objective: The study was undertaken analyse incidence, histological types, complications, and management Materials Methods: This observational 44 cases performed Department Obstetrics Gynaecology LTMMC LTMGH, Mumbai, tertiary reference centre, during years 2014 2016. Results: pregnancy 0.2% this dermoid mucinous cyst adenoma being most common types. Torsion complication study. Only 11 (25%) were managed conservatively. Thirty-one underwent exploratory laparotomy two laparoscopically. There no detrimental effect on as 79.5% pregnancies continued until term without any complications. Conclusion: can be effectively Both laparoscopy safe, if used judiciously.
