ABSTRACT
Macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF) is a hemopoietic cytokine with primary role in placental physiology. Gene expression of M-CSF the bovine endometrium shows temporal upward trend during early and mid pregnancy. This study determined plasma levels pregnancy using ELISA. In experiment 1, to investigate relationship between concentration peripheral blood pregnancy, were 125 pregnant 21 non-pregnant Japanese Black cows.
