Macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF) is a hemopoietic cytokine with primary role in placental physiology. Gene expression of M-CSF the bovine endometrium shows temporal upward trend during early and mid pregnancy. This study determined plasma levels pregnancy using ELISA.
