ABSTRACT
Health plasters are one of a pharmaceutical company's excellent items. There still defective products in the manufacturing process, including torn paper, joint 1, not cut, perforated edges, 2, tucked, long-short, and asymmetrical. Research conducted between June December 2021 reveals that 192.960 Kg substandard items were discovered. The contribution this research is to identify underlying reasons problem decrease number product faults. By using QCDSME (Quality-Cost-Delivery-Safety-Morale) method analysis cost stage, company known experience losses due IDR 18,047,232 / year. results six sigma at analyze stage fishbone diagram tool caused by absence size standards repair plate pressure roll positions, differences operator responses, written procedures for handling defects, existence rolls too loose or tight. improvement proposal made next make standard position with value 12.5 ± 1 cm 22 mm additional tools form ruler.
