ABSTRACT
Introduction: Job satisfaction is directly connected to job performance. This correlation very important in the health service, where employee performance linked patient care. It has been reported other organisations that workplace learning enhances satisfaction. The aim of this study investigate if such a exists within service. Methods: and questionnaires were distributed healthcare employees at aN NHS hospital. participants involved professionals who participated doctors, nurses, paramedics, physiotherapists radiographers. Results: In total, 102 collected. There was direct significant between (Pearson's correlation=0.38). Compared nurses felt training better (P=0.001). Moreover, total experience time spent Trust had mild negative with Frequent departmental teaching also positive impact on (P=0.05). Conclusion: Workplace NHS, frequently scheduled staff
