ABSTRACT
Background: The use of technology in health care, including nursing, is growing, owing part to the COVID-19 pandemic and response national policy. Aims: To investigate nurses' perceptions digital nursing (DN). Methods: Community primary care nurses from across Wales were recruited (n=249) through a survey comprising open closed questions. This was supplemented with semistructured interviews (n=25). Thematic analysis used analyse qualitative data. Findings: Nurses had broad range perspectives on what DN meant, four main themes being identified: access; impact care; technology; future. positive impacts ways working patient outcomes supported by answers Conclusion: Many understand value tools within are clear about their benefits for patients, multiprofessional teams. However, there need definition increased awareness DN.
