ABSTRACT
Infertility is the main obstacle to achieve pregnancy naturally for women. The current technique infertility treatments can not be applied pregnant women who are suffering from uterus malfunction. Tissue engineered organ promising regenerative medicine, which utilizes a scaffold play an important role tissue regeneration. In this research, we studied develop new and efficient method fabricate reconstruction by high hydrostatic pressure decellularization technique. have developed enzymatic-high uterine within 40 minutes. effectively successfully removed cells inside native while preserving natural macro- microstructure.
