ABSTRACT
This paper deals with four processes for constructing mathematical models based on measurement data. The first process is smoothing data the hypothesis that a small area of curved surface can be approximated to an ellipsoid. second fitting into cross points between 3D lattice and fill by approximating ellipse surface. third recognizing surfaces boundary lines composing physical model curvature located variance coordinate values points. last approximately defining NURBS minimum square method average positional errors. In addition, complex shapes are used as evaluation models. results show usefulness system proposed methods.
