ABSTRACT
An experimentally simple method utilizing the excitation laser of Raman system to heat VA-SWNT film and measure temperature simultaneously for measuring thermal conductivity film-substrate contact resistance vertically-aligned single-walled carbon nanotubes (VA-SWNTs) is applied transferred film. The finds at interface be around four times larger than original grown on Si substrate.
