ABSTRACT
Abstract In order to study the effects of bath vaccination against vibriosis in European sea bass fingerlings, Dicentrarchus labrax L. 1758, reared Sardinia land-based concrete tanks and cages, a commercial preparation was used. The achievement immune response, presence disease growth performances were determined monthly one year study. results showed an increase antibody titers immunized fish when compared controls. Moreover, although spreads every farms, also during trials year, no outbreaks observed fish. Regarding performances, significant difference on body weight's recorded only off-shore cultured Furthermore, better "general condition" recorded; therefore, higher production, at least 10%, estimated.
