ABSTRACT
Background:The chronic kidney disease, blood hypertension and diabetes are recognized as civilization diseases that affect more people.The probability of encountering a patient suffering from these is increasing.As such, it appears crucial to better understand the specific dental needs such groups patients.The aim work was assess oral hygiene status patients end-stage arterial or/and diabetes.Material Methods: Two hundred twenty eight were included in research.One eighty hemodialized Diaverum dialysis stations 48 Conservative Dentistry with Endodontics Clinic Academic Centre Bytom, Silesian Medical University Katowice, Division Arnika Zabrze, not diagnosed any mentioned.The research scheme divided into 3 parts, consisting an analysis general health socio-economic status, survey assessment health.Results: The who discussed aware how properly perform hygienic procedures.Most both control examined using rinsing solutions.A higher percentage group floss, changing their toothbrush every months brushing teeth for ≥2 min.The Aproximal Plaque Index Oral Hygiene Index-Simplified values significantly lower comparison group.Conclusions: low, which most cases result difficulties starting job.Due standards life, neglect maintenance its consequences could be observed.Med Pr.
