ABSTRACT
Symptomatic bilateral juxtafacet ganglion cysts are relatively uncommon in the degenerated spine. The literature describes 16 cases of or synovial cysts, none reported sciatica and neurogenic claudication simultaneously. We present a case 60-year-old woman who presented with symptoms claudication. Magnetic resonance imaging lumbar spine revealed lesions related to facet joints at L4/5 level, causing lateral recess stenosis narrowing central canal due encroachment these same level. She underwent an elective decompression level excision bilaterally decompression, which resulted good relief both radicular symptoms.
