ABSTRACT
A large number of soil microorganisms are characterized as plant growth promoting, but there seems to be a lack comprehensive knowledge regarding promoting yeasts. The aim the experiment was analyse properties three yeast species: Schwanniomyces occidentalis BK0302D, Cyberlindnera saturnus CK2404I and Candida tropicalis 2TD2912B, important for (ammonium sulphate transformation, phosphorus, potassium zinc dissolution), evaluate effect on common wheat white mustard seedlings after seeds' inoculation.Common seeds were inoculated with selected final measurements showed that highest amount nitrate (10.40 μg mL -1 NO 3 -) produced by C. CK2404I, while S. BK0302D solubilized largest phosphorus (63.70 µg P).All strains marked solubilizers both acid alkaline phosphatase activity. This is first report ability solubilize insoluble zinc, zinc. Also, 2TD2912B exhibited high antagonistic activity (66% inhibition) toward Botrytis cinerea. In vivo trial conducted in low-nutrient substrate, found have most considerable influence biomass production (34% increase).White inoculation resulted 4-fold higher production, induced 2-fold increase. The presented results confirmed multi-functional characteristics tested yeasts their potential broad application from conventional agriculture soils revegetation disturbed substrates.
