ABSTRACT
Occurrence of hemorrhagic cyst inside ligamentum flavum is a very rare phenomenon and presents with back pain, radiculopathy, or neurogenic claudication. Various causes reported in the literature are trauma, anticoagulant therapy, increased micromotion setting unstable degenerated motion segment.
