ABSTRACT
Edema is defi ned as abnormal accumulation of fl uid in the interstitium. Differential diagnosis generalized edema very broad. Most often, renal and cardiac causes lead to edema. The potential gastrointestinal are liver failure protein losing enteropathy including celiac disease malnutrition. Generalized rarely an initial manifestat ion disease. Hereby, we present a case 3-year-old boy with disease, initially presented hypoproteinemia.
