The method of animals name and conventional are two methods that can be used by a teacher to train various basic techniques in sports including basketball, but rarely has the technique animal names been subject investigation previous researchers.This study aims recognize differences contribution learning practice shooting ability basketball games.This type research is an experimental one with quantitative approach.The population this was class XI students majoring social studies total 315 students.The sample 42 from 2 classes B D, 21 each instrument form treatment free throw as much ten times.This shows method-based exercises significantly improve skills games, while conventional-based do not have significant impact on therapy games.Thus, there between process using methods, average 80.77% 73.27% method.Thus, researcher draws conclusion overall very effective compared because interesting, simple, easy for process.The limitations terms time, financial side, many experts involved research.
