ABSTRACT
Objective:Evaluate the application value of modified rhytidectomy incision in superficial parotid gland tumor resection.Method:Seventy-one patients with were included this study from January 2012 to 2015. They all accepted parotidectomy or subtotal parotidectomy. Thirty-six cases used and 35 blair incision. The data operative field exposure, operating time, bleeding, rate complication, score patients's satisfaction recorded compared between two groups.Result:There was no statistically significant difference groups time bleeding (P > 0.05). No found facioplegia, while insensible earlobe group significantly lower than < patient's higher other 0.05).Conclusion:The provides good exposure has advantage less complication better cosmetic outcome. It is worthy wide clinical application.
