ABSTRACT
Objective:To detect the expression of microRNA-107 (miR-107) and calcium channel protein gene CACNA2D1 in laryngeal cancer tissues, to investigate targeting relationship between miR-107 CACNA2D1, analyze effects on proliferation, invasion colony forming ability cells. Method:Laryngeal tissues normal adjacent tissue samples from 40 patients with were collected, qRT-PCR was used CACNA2D1; Western Blot assay α2δ1 above two tissues; dual-luciferase reporter regulatory effect after overexpression or knockdown human cells TU212 TU686, changes clone formation, detected. Result:The significantly lower than that while just opposite, difference statistically significant (P<0.05); is higher tissues(P<0.05); experiments confirmed binds 3'-UTR (202-209, 902-908) mRNA, thereby inhibiting its biological effects; cell showed invasion, formation reduced (P<0.05), enhanced knocked down (P<0.05) . Conclusion:miR-107 inhibits by CACNA2D1.
