[Radiofrequency ablation of inferior turbinate in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children].

ABSTRACT
Objective:To investigate the safety and efficacy of submucous radiofrequency ablation inferior turbinate, to provide a clinical basis for surgical treatment allergic rhinitis in children. Methods:Patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome who were admitted Department Otolaryngology Head Neck Surgery Shanghai Children's Hospital from January 2021 December 2023 underwent bilateral turbinate adenoid tonsil included study. Observational statistical indexes used evaluate curative effect. Results:A total 51 cases this study, 43 followed up half year. Submucous plus achieved good effect (total effective rate 93%), there was statistically significant difference preoperative postoperative symptoms children(P<0.05). There no complications such as bleeding, Eustachian tube injury, nasal adhesion, or dryness. Conclusion:Under premise strict control indications, children can be treated surgically. Inferior is more minimally invasive, effective, safe, practice.
