ABSTRACT
The chloroplast genome encodes many key proteins involved in photosynthesis and other metabolic processes, metabolites synthesized chloroplasts are essential for normal plant growth development. Root-UVB (ultraviolet radiation B)-sensitive (RUS) family composed of highly conserved DUF647 domain belong to proteins. They play an important role the regulation various life activities such as morphogenesis, material transport energy metabolism. This article summarizes recent advances RUS development plants embryonic development, photomorphological construction, VB6 homeostasis, auxin anther with aim facilitate further study its molecular mechanism
