ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE: To describe a case of acute interstitial nephritis (AIN) probably related to administration diltiazem. CASE SUMMARY: A 53-year-old white man presented the hospital experiencing abdominal pain radiating both renal fossae, as well dysuria.
