Metabolic Profile and Cardiovascular Risk Patterns in an Indigenous Population of Amazonia

The Parkatêjê Indians, belonging to the Jê group and inhabiting Mãe Maria Reservation in southeast of state Pará Amazon Region Brazil, have suffered rapid intensive cultural changes recent years.
