ABSTRACT
Dense ceramic mixed ionic-electronic conducting membranes (MIECMs) are renowned for their rich and varied properties as admirable candidates in energy industries, such oxygen separation from air, cathode materials solid fuel oxide cells (SOFCs) or membrane reactors partial oxidation of light hydrocarbons. Especially, the MIECMs integrated oxy-fuel combustion is considered to be a promising cost-effective efficient method CO2 capture sequestration. During process, high purity production has been put forward use OTMs technology instead conventional cryogenic technique, which can benefit low costs consumption efficiency. According phase numbers, classified into single composite OTMs. Extensive research activities have directed towards perovskite-type oxides due permeability.
