ABSTRACT
In recognition of the misuse risks fentanyl, there is an urgent need to develop a useful and rapid analytical method detect monitor opioid drug. The surface-enhanced shifted excitation Raman difference spectroscopy (SE-SERDS) has been demonstrated suppress background interference enhance signals. this study, SE-SERDS was used for trace detection fentanyl in beverages. To prepare simulated illegal drug–beverages, fentanyls were dissolved into distilled water or Mizone as series test samples. Based on our previous work, performed beverages containing by prepared AgNPs spectra samples collected dual-wavelength system. addition, quantitative relationship between concentrations peaks constructed Langmuir equation. experimental results show that limits quantitation 10 ng/mL 200 ng/mL, respectively; correlation coefficients nonlinear regression high 0.9802 0.9794, relative standard deviation less than 15%. Hence, will be promising analyses food safety forensics.
