ABSTRACT
Here, Raman microspectroscopy was employed to assess replicative senescence of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC).A regular spectral change related the cell found in ratio two peaks at 1157 cm -1 and 1174 , which are assigned C-C, C-N stretching vibrations proteins C-H bending tyrosine phenylalanine, respectively.With aging, I / exhibited a monotonic decline showed small standard deviations, so that it can statistically distinguish between having slight changes terms aging.We propose act as characteristic signature for label-free assessment MSC senescence.
