A 70-GHz Lumped-EML Submodule Using Resistance-Optimized LC Resonance for Wide Temperature 112-Gbaud PAM4 Operations

ABSTRACT
We report on a lumped-EML submodule with 3-dB bandwidths of > 70 GHz over wide temperature range 25 ~ 70℃ using resistance-optimized LC resonance effect, enabling 2-km transmission 112-Gbaud PAM4 signals.
