ABSTRACT
Atomic layer deposition (ALD) and sputtering of strongly correlated perovskite nickelate thin films are emerging fields for wafer-scale demonstration quantum technologies. Functional properties such oxide materials proof-of-principle non-Von Neumann photonic computing networks reported.
