ABSTRACT
Conventional illumination in differential phase contrast (DPC) microscopy limits retrieval accuracy due to unbalanced radial transfer functions (PTF). We propose a novel pattern and theoretical framework that enhance by aligning PTF profiles with algorithms. Simulations show improved performance, indicating significant potential for DPC advancements.
