ABSTRACT
Organic-inorganic nanohybrid materials were successfully fabricated from organically modified colloidal-silica nanoparticles synthesized through the sol-gel process and using acryl resin. The exhibited simple solution-processible film formation high transmittance of above 90% in visible wavelength regions. used for fabrication various patterns photolithography. We could simply fabricate photopatterns easily control surface structures by changing content nanoparticles. Also, thermal mechanical properties formed films be efficiently enhanced synergistic combination with
