ABSTRACT
Organic-inorganic nanohybrid materials were successfully fabricated from organically modified colloidal-silica nanoparticles synthesized through the sol-gel process and using acryl resin. The exhibited simple solution-processible film formation high transmittance of above 90% in visible wavelength regions. used for fabrication various patterns photolithography. We could simply fabricate photopatterns easily control surface structures by changing content nanoparticles.
