ABSTRACT
We report the first Brillouin measurement of human eye in vivo.We constructed a optical scanner safe for use by employing continuous-wave laser light at 780 nm low power 0.7 mW.With single scan along optic axis eye, axial profile frequency shift was obtained with pixel acquisition time 0.4 s and resolution about 60 µm, showing depth-dependent biomechanical properties cornea lens.
