ABSTRACT
We present a new method to address multipolar resonances and control the scattered field of spherical scatterer. This is based on engineering content incident beam. propose experimentally feasible techniques generate light beams which contain only few modes. The technique uses with well defined component angular momentum appropriate focusing aplanatic lenses. allow for excitation single Mie unprecedented from particles.
