ABSTRACT
We report on a newly built laser-based tabletop setup which enables generation of femtosecond light pulses in the XUV range employing process high-order harmonic (HHG) gas medium. The spatial, spectral, and temporal characteristics beam are presented. Monochromatization with minimum pulse distortion is central issue this work. Off-center reflection zone plates shown to be advantageous when selection desired carried out use single optical element. A cross correlation technique was applied characterize performance time domain. By using laser 25 fs length pump HHG process, duration 45 for monochromatized harmonics achieved present setup.
