ABSTRACT
It is well-known that the closed-loop operation in optical gyros offers wider dynamic range and better linearity. By adding a stair-like digital serrodyne wave to phase modulator can be used as frequency shifter. The width of one stair this should set equal transmission time resonator, which relaxed hybrid modulation (HDPM) scheme. physical mechanism for relaxation firstly indicated paper. Detailed theoretical experimental investigations are presented HDPM. Simulation results show not restricted by time, however, it optimized according rise output digital-to-analogue converter. Based on optimum parameters HDPM, bias stability 0.05°/s integration 400 seconds 1 h has been carried out an RMOG with waveguide ring resonator length 7.9 cm diameter 2.5 cm.
