ABSTRACT
We report random lasing in colloidal quantum dots (CQDs) doped disordered polymer. The CdSe/ZnS core-shell CQDs are dispersed hybrid polymer including two types of monomers with different rates polymerization. After UV curing, spatially localized resonators formed owing to long range refractive-index fluctuations inhomogeneous gain. Upon the optical excitation, action is triggered above threshold 7mJ/cm2. Through investigation on spectral characteristics laser, wavelengths lasers strongly depend pump position, which confirms that laser modes originate from resnonators. According power Fourier transform emission spectrum, average size equivalent micro attributed be 50 μm. proposed method provides a facile route develop based CQDs, showing potential applications fiber and displays.
