ABSTRACT
We report the experimental observation and theoretical analysis of thermo-optic effects in high-Q on-chip lithium-niobate (LN) microdisks. find that resonance transmission dip a LN microdisk was broadened or compressed when wavelength input laser tuned to shorter longer wavelengths at sweeping speed 4.8 pm/s. When shifted with fast rate (4.8 nm/s), tendencies change shape reverse completely. An oscillatory behavior spectra also observed slowly wavelengths. The results were successfully explained by using mode considering for effect crystal slow heat dissipation process from substrate surroundings leads reduction through deformation microdisk.
