ABSTRACT
The heterogeneous metal nanostructures have attracted great interest in various applications due to the synergistic effects between two noble metals, especially surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) region. Herein, we prepared a 3D SERS active substrate based on and cross-distributed structure hybridized with MoS2by situ synthesizing gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) MoS2 membrane. AuNPs-AgNPs/MoS2/P-Si hybrid were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission (TEM) X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) investigate character content of elements. In virtue ultra-narrow interparticle gap generating strong electric fields enhancement, ultra-low concentration probe molecule detected (the LOD 10-12 M for R6G CV, 10-11 MG), serving optimal performance. excellent uniformity reproducibility achieved proposed substrate. Moreover, flexible MoS2/AuNPs-AgNPs/PMMA pyramidal was applied detect melamine liquid milk reached 10-9 M), which revealed potential be an outstanding biological chemical detection.
