ABSTRACT
Ultra-compact miniaturized optical components for microendoscopic tools and microscopes are required minimally invasive imaging. Current technologies used deep tissue imaging procedures limited to a large diameter and/or low resolution due manufacturing restrictions. We demonstrate platform miniaturization of an system applications with 1 µm. designed our probe using cascaded micro-lenses waveguides (lensguide) achieve as small 100 µm x field view 60 in diameter. wide-field microscopy based on polymeric fabricated photolithography two-photon polymerization process.
