ABSTRACT
Intense vector supercontinuum (SC) radiation with spatial polarization is obtained by using 800nm femtosecond laser beams in the air. The SC generated azimuthally, radially, cylindrically polarized beams, and higher-order are investigated, respectively. results show that greatly enhanced compared to a Gaussian beam. energy density of reaches order 1µJ/nm bandwidth 258 nm from 559 817 0.1 µJ/nm 500 nm. Furthermore, checking distribution different wavelengths visible near-infrared bands, we find maintains nearly same as pump pulses. This work provides an effective convenient way generate powerful which may facilitate potential applications including optical communication, micro/nano-fabrication, super-resolution microscopy.
