ABSTRACT
Faced with growing demands for high-speed and reliable communication systems, optical intelligent reflecting surfaces (OIRS) have recently attracted a lot of interest in visible light (VLC). With potential applications variety scenarios, including indoor wireless communications the Internet Things (IoT), OIRS is expected to transformative impact on communications. However, current research predominantly theoretical, hardware implementation insufficient. Therefore, this paper introduces an prototype based mirror array, which capable adjusting reflected lightwave by manipulating orientation individual units realize adjustable environment. Additionally, platform configurable control system OIRS-based VLC has been developed paper. Finally, experimental results demonstrate significant improvements amplitude received signal signal-to-noise ratio prototype, thereby verifying enhancement efficiency practical deployment.
