ABSTRACT
In this paper, a wideband optically transparent absorber based on multilayer indium tin oxide (ITO) films is designed, fabricated, and measured. The structure uses polyethylene terephthalate (PET) ITO to replace the dielectric substrate metal pattern of traditional achieve optical transparency characteristics. absorption proposed above 90% from 4.92 24.55 GHz exceeding 95% in range 5.74 ∼ 21.85 GHz, respectively, under normal transverse electric (TE) magnetic (TM) polarized incidences. Moreover, it shows outstanding stability with various incident angles over wide range. A prototype fabricated experimentally verified, good measurement results. great performance make promising candidate for electromagnetic compatibility.
