Silicon-organic hybrid (SOH) integration can complement intrinsically scalable silicon photonic circuits by novel functionalities, obtained through theory-guided material engineering. This presentation will give an overview of our recent progress in exploring the potential SOH platform and bringing technology from laboratory demonstrations to industrial applications.
